- Relaxation Massage – This kind of massage is typically referred to as Swedish Massage, where the emphasis is on long flowing strokes, aided by more lubrication of oils. Many modalities are relaxing, including the indirect methods such as Ortho-Bionomy, Cranio-Sacral, and Reiki.
- Therapeutic Massage - Personally I feel all massage is therapeutic, however, this typically refers to deeper, more specific work and modalities, such as Neuromuscular, Sports techniques, Connective Tissue, Orthopedic treatment of injuries.
- Corporate and Event Chair Massage – Chair massage, also known as seated massage, is an excellent and convenient way to bring massage to you! 10-30 minute massages are done for employees either in an office setting or at events, such as health fairs. One is treated in a chair designed for massage. The massage can be done very easily through clothing, using no lotions. Typically the environment is a small conference room or office, set aside for the employees. Employees rotate through on their breaks, avoiding work disruption. For large events, such as sporting, fund raising, and health fairs, massage is done out in the open.
- ON-SITE Chair Massage - In addition to the larger events with large businesses, I also can bring my chair to homes or other locations. Typically I’ve set up at parties, whether they be for a special occasion, or for marketing sales.
- In Home Massage – I can bring a massage table to homes for the clients convenience. Prices reflect the extra time and travel.

***All series have expiration dates, for they are intended for those who will be coming on a weekly or biweekly basis. Once the expiration date is reached, client must pay the difference between the discount and current rates. The expiration allows time for those “out of the norm” occurences in one’s life.
